Return Policy



  • COVID-19 UPDATE: Items used in the mouth may not be returned regardless if the package has not been opened.
  • We can accept returns for in-store credit or exchanges only for items purchased within 30 days and in new/good condition.
  • We do not do cash/card refunds, but can replace a defective item with another of equal value.
  • All sales are FINAL on serialized inventory, musical instruments, holiday, clearance or special-order items.
