FEE WAIVER INFORMATION

If your student is interested in participating in a before or after school band or orchestra class but cannot pay the class fee or the instrument rental, you can apply for a fee waiver. You will also need to initial a disclosure below the instructions.

Instructions:

• Fill out the fee waiver application form, attach all necessary documentation, and return it to your school principal for processing. Let your school know that you are applying for a band or orchestra class
• Finish filling out this class application.  Be sure to include contact information and whether or not you need an instrument to play.
• Riverton Music will hold on to your application until we get notified by your school if your application is approved.  If it is approved, a representative from the school will contact Riverton Music
• Riverton Music will then add your student to the roll and make arrangements for the books and instrument (if needed) to get to you.
